Some questions of implementation of preliminary documentary control at check points through frontier of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure of preliminary documentary control at check points through frontier of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
4. To the State Customs Service together with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food, the Ministry of Culture to determine structure, format, the regulations, method of the information transfer necessary for carrying out sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary and sanitary, phytosanitary, environmental control and control of movement of cultural values at check points through frontier of Ukraine in the form of preliminary documentary control, to sign agreements on information cooperation, to sign protocols of approval of details of data on prohibitions, restrictions and form of exchange of information.
5. To the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food, the Ministry of Culture to provide electronic submission on permanent bezoplatny basis to the State Customs Service of information on goods concerning which there are restrictions or import bans for customs area of Ukraine, in particular for the purpose of transit, about forms and details of the documents determined by item 4 of the Procedure approved by this resolution.
