According to parts one and third Article 319 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve such which are applied:

the inventory which in case of import to customs area of Ukraine (including for the purpose of transit) are subject to measures of official control;

the list of the documents and data which are subject to check during preliminary documentary control.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
