1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning creation and maintaining registers, implementation of customs control and measures of official control of change which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except:

the subitem of 1 Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since April 20, 2026;

Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective in 45 days from the date of its publication.

In the Section "State Customs Service" of appendix to the Regulations on the data sets which are subject to promulgation in the form of open data, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 21, 2015 No. 835 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 85, Art. 2850; 2025, No. 82, Art. 5588):
