About approval of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for electric motors and drives with variable speed

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for electric motors and drives with the variable speed attached to the original.
2. Determine that provision in the market and operation of electric motors and drives with variable speed which conform to requirements of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for electric motors approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 157 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, of the Art. 731), and which are introduced into circulation about day of entry into force of this resolution, cannot be prohibited or limited because of discrepancy of such products to requirements of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.
3. Bring in the list of types of products concerning which bodies of the state market supervision exercise the state market supervision, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of December 28, 2016 No. 1069 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 50, of Art. 1550; 2019, No. 21, the Art. 731), the enclosed change.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 157 "About approval of the Technical regulation concerning requirements to ecodesign for electric motors" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 21, the Art. 731).
5. This resolution becomes effective in six months from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine.
