1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Regulations on transfer by customs authorities to the Central bank of the Russian Federation and to authorized banks in electronic form of information on the declarations registered by customs authorities on goods, and also about the statistical form of accounting of movement of goods established by the Government of the Russian Federation according to article 278 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2012 No. 1459 "About procedure for transfer by customs authorities to the Central bank of the Russian Federation and to authorized banks in electronic form of information on the declarations registered by customs authorities on goods, and also about statistical form of accounting of movement of goods, the Russian Federation established by the Government according to article 278 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 1, Art. 55; 2020, No. 33, Art. 5401; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2462).
2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.
