About features of work with property of the insolvent organizations

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of alienation and state registration of real estate units in case of insolvency of the organizations (further - debtors):

1. Determine that:

1.1. in the procedure of liquidating production sale of the company as property complex of the debtor without availability of the documents which are certifying state registration of such company, and also being its part of capital structures (buildings, constructions), the isolated rooms, the incomplete preserved capital structures, parking places is allowed (further - real estate units);

1.2. in procedures of bankruptcy proceedings *, sanitation, liquidating production sale (transfer) of real estate units of the debtor to the buyer (creditor), the organization accepting these objects in economic maintaining, operational management or free use (further - the accepting organization), without availability of the documents certifying their state registration and also without withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land on which such objects are located is allowed;

1.3. in procedures of bankruptcy proceedings, sanitation, liquidating production sale (transfer) of not preserved capital structures belonging to the debtor incomplete is allowed;

1.4. features of state registration of the companies as property complexes, real estate units, alienable (transferred) according to subitems 1.1 and 1.2 of this Item, and also it is right, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights to them and contracts with them are determined in appendix;
