About implementation of the pilot project on functioning of management system tax risks (komplayens-risks) in the State Tax Administration

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Finance concerning realization within two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution of the pilot project concerning functioning of management system tax risks (komplayens-risks) in the State Tax Administration (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on functioning of management system by tax risks (komplayens-risks) in the enclosed State Tax Administration.

3. To the Ministry of Finance:

To approve 1) not later than in 15 calendar days from the date of obtaining the administrative documents of the State Tax Administration necessary for implementation of the pilot project, on approval:

Regulations on commission of experts of the State Tax Administration on application of management system tax risks;

Procedure for forming of the passport of tax risk and the information processing containing in it;

Techniques of identification, analysis and assessment of degree of tax risks;

Procedure of processes of management system tax risks;

2) tax not later than in two months after completion of implementation of the pilot project to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

report on results of implementation of the pilot project;

offers on modification of legal acts by results of implementation of the pilot project.

4. To the State Tax Service:

To develop 1) and tax not later than in month from the date of entry into force of this resolution on approval to the Ministry of Finance the administrative documents necessary for implementation of the pilot project specified in the subitem 1 of Item 3 of this resolution;
