About approval of inventories, works, services on which centralized public procurements are conducted by single organizers of public procurements

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the inventory, works, services on which centralized public procurements are conducted by the single organizer of public procurements of republican value according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the inventory, works, services on which centralized public procurements are conducted by the single organizer of public procurements of area according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the inventory, works, services on which centralized public procurements are conducted by the single organizer of public procurements of the city of republican value and the capital according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the inventory, works, services on which centralized public procurements are conducted by the single organizer of public procurements of the region of the area, city of regional value, the area in the city of regional value according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 5 to this order.

3. To provide to department of the legislation of public procurements and purchases of the quasi-public sector of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
