About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of the legal basis of activities of paramilitary organizations I decide:

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix).

2. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

appendix (except for regulations, the specified in paragraphs three and the fourth this Item) - in six months after official publication of this Decree;

Items 1, 2, 5 and 7-10 appendices regarding reduction in compliance with the Code of civil legal proceedings of the Republic of Belarus - since January 1, 2026;

Item 11 of appendix and other provisions of this Decree - after official publication of this Decree.

The list of the changes made to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 31, 1999 No. 509 "About approval of the Disciplinary charter of bodies and divisions for emergency situations of the Republic of Belarus":

add Item with the word "(is applied)";

in the Disciplinary charter of bodies and divisions for emergency situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree:
