Approve Recommendations about criteria of identification and to signs of the suspicious financial transactions connected with obtaining and (or) legalization of income gained in the criminal way, (are applied) by financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction in case of banking operations.

2. Bring in Recommendations about risk management, income gained in the criminal way, the financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction, the Boards of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of December 17, 2014 No. 783, the following changes connected with legalization:
