to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2024 No. 658
1. In Regulations on procedure and conditions of registration of the wild animals containing and (or) divorced in bondage (including their posterity which reached age of three months), who are belonging to the types included in the Red List of the Republic of Belarus, or being SITES samples, and also wild animals whose catching for the purpose of content and (or) cultivations in bondage is performed based on permission to withdrawal of wild animals from the circle of their dwelling, No. 126 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2008:
in Item 3:
the paragraph one of part one to state in the following edition:
"3. The legal entity or the individual entrepreneur who are owners of the wild animals specified in Item 2 this provision (further – the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur), for receipt of the registration certificate of the wild animals containing and (or) divorced in bondage (including their posterity which reached age of three months), who are belonging to the types included in the Red List of the Republic of Belarus, or being SITES samples, and other wild animals (further, unless otherwise specified, – the certificate), represent in writing (during acceptance of the legal entity or the individual entrepreneur, the courier (courier), by means of mail service) or electronic form:";
after part one to add Item with part of the following content:
"In case of submission of the documents specified in part one of this Item, electronically such documents are presented in the form of the electronic copy of the paper document.";
