About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2022 No. 475 and of August 31, 2022 No. 572
Based on Item 5 of article 73 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on education and part three of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 2006 "About employment of the population of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 125-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. the ninth parts one of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for establishment of armor for the employment of graduates approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2022 No. 475, to exclude the paragraph;
1.2. the paragraph the ninth parts two of Item 17 of the Regulations on procedure for distribution, redistribution, job placement, redirection for work, provisions of place of employment to the graduates who received scientific oriented, the highest, average special or vocational training, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of August 31, 2022 No. 572, to exclude.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
