According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of determination of procedure for storage by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine of documents in each of the functioning modes in the conditions of the special period specified in Regulations on the organization of ensuring smooth functioning in the conditions of the special period of bank system of Ukraine, activities of non-bank financial institutions and other faces which are not financial institutions, but have the right to provide separate financial services, regulation and supervision for which activities the National Bank of Ukraine exercises, No. approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 14, 2024 67, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on procedure for storage by the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine of documents in the conditions of the special period approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 29, 2019 No. 143, which are applied.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Yaroslav Matuzka.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
