About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. No. 149 "About approval of the Regulations on licensing of banks" (with changes) to exclude item 4 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2018.
2. Approve the Change in Regulations on licensing of banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 22, 2018 No. 149 (with changes) (further - the enclosed changes).
3. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Oksana Prisyazhenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day, except the subitem 2 Items of 3 changes which becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
