Bring in the Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on production, purchase and delivery of ammunition approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 21, 2023 No. 763 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 75, Art. 4239; 2024, No. 18, the Art. 1167), the enclosed changes.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2024 No. 991
1. To add the subitem 1 of item 4 after the word "Gostruda" with words ", Administration of Gosspetssvyaz (the service of the state customer authorized by it)".
2. In the paragraph the second Item 9 of the word "and Gostruda" shall be replaced with words ", Gostruda and the Administration of Gosspetssvyaz (authorized by it services of the state customer)".
3. In Item 14 of the word "and Gostruda" shall be replaced with words ", Gostruda and Administrations of Gosspetssvyaz (the services of the state customer authorized by it)".
4. Add the Procedure with Item 36-2 of the following content:
"36-2. Purchase of the ammunition (used with pilotless systems) by Administration of Gosspetssvyaz (the services of the state customer authorized by it) in connection therewith rather can be performed for needs of Armed Forces, National guard, State frontier service, the SSU, National police, and also other components of security forces and forces of defense based on the written order in which it is specified:
name of ammunition;
data that ammunition is used with pilotless systems;
