According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of January 30, 2017 No. 139 "About approval of form of the reporting No. 1-KFO (annual) and instructions for its filling", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 23, 2017 at No. 253/30121.

2. To provide to management of development of social services (Sulim A. V.) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Tokareva U. D.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
