For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of renewable energy resources, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the specialized goods and the equipment intended for construction of power stations on the basis of use of the renewable energy resources which are subject to exemption of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 4, 2021 No. 196 the following changes:

2) in the List of the specialized goods and the equipment intended for construction of power stations on the basis of use of the renewable energy resources which are subject to exemption of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
