The third, fourth and fifth Kriteriyev, by which the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine determines the companies, organizations and the organizations which are important for national economy, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of March 16, 2023 137, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2023 at No. 491/39547, to state paragraphs in the following edition:

"subjects of auditor activities which provide services in statutory audit of the financial reporting in contracts with the companies which are of public interest and/or with the companies having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state according to the list of the objects of state-owned property having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 04, 2015 No. 83;

performance of works and provision of legal, consulting, agency and other services for the Ministry of Finance based on agreements (agreements, the memorandums, contracts) signed for the term of at least six months concerning management of objects of state-owned property, the realization of the state debt policy, dispute settlement, hearing of cases connected with accomplishment of the state debt obligations of Ukraine;
