About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 22, 2020 No. 115

According to Item 120 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) (further - the Protocol) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission prepared by results of the repeated investigation made for the purpose of establishment of bypass of the operating anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 22, 2020 No. 115, Board of the Eurasian economic commission SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 22, 2020 No. 115 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the aluminum tape coming from the Azerbaijan Republic and People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:

a) add Item 1 with words ", taking into account Item 1-1 of this Decision";

b) add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Extend action of the anti-dumping measure provided by this Decision on:

the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union coming from the Azerbaijan Republic and classified by code 7607 11 900 0 of the CN FEA EEU;

the aluminum tape imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union coming from the Azerbaijan Republic and relating to the version specified in Item 3 of appendix No. 2 to this Decision.

Determine that rates of anti-dumping duty in the sizes specified in appendix No. 1 to this Decision depending on the producer of such goods are applied to the goods specified in paragraphs second and third this Item.";
