About application, cancellation and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions" the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine solved:

1. Support the offers on application, cancellation and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) made by the Security Service of Ukraine.

2. Apply personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions) to:

1) to physical persons according to appendix 1;

2) to legal entities according to appendix 2.

3. In appendix 2 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 "About application and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 726/2022, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 1325 to exclude line item.

4. Bring the following changes in decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine:

1) in appendix 1 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 "About application and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", 281 to state line item to No. 726/2022, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 in edition according to appendix 3;

2) in appendix 2 to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 "About application and modification of personal special economic and other rationing measures (sanctions)", No. 726/2022, enacted by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 19, 2022 950 to state line item in edition according to appendix 4;
