b) the management official of the subject of the Russian Federation no later than September 5, 2024 makes the decision on determination of the systemically important territorial network organization, publishes it and posts on the official site of the management official on the Internet according to the procedure, similar to the procedure established by the legislation of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation for regulatory legal acts of the management official.
