About approval of the Regulations on tutorial activities

Based on part (7) article 58 of the Code of the Republic of Moldova about education No. 152/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 319-324, 634), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on tutorial activities it (is applied).

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Education and Research.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for provisions of subitems 18.8 and 18.9 of Item 18, of subitem 19.7 of Item 19 and subitem 20.7 of Item 20 of the Provision which will become effective on June 1, 2025.

Regulations on tutorial activities

I. General provisions

1. The regulations on tutorial activities (further – the Provision) establish aspects of tutorial activities in organizations of the general education of the Republic of Moldova.

The purpose of tutorial activities is constant development of professional and personal competences of pedagogical/leading employees and future pedagogical workers for providing favorable conditions and high achievements of pupils in training process.
