"10. In case of change of time of exit of the courts specified in subitems "an" and "v" of Item 1 of these rules from the port specified in the notification, the applicant informs on it boundary body to which the notification, not later than hour till time specified in the notification was sent.
In case of change of the data specified in Item 7 of these rules the applicant on telephone, fax connection or by e-mail without delay informs on it boundary body to which the notification was sent.";
