2. For the purposes of this provision terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About radiation safety" are applied.
3. Action of this provision does not extend to radiation accidents and incidents with III:
not subject to accounting in single state system of accounting and control III;
used for the purpose of defense, the address of which is not the type of activity in the field of use of III which is subject to licensing;
being on the objects belonging to Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus and transport troops.
