About approval of the Regulations on the automated information system "Diplomatic Service"

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About interaction of state bodies in the field of foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on the automated information system "Diplomatic Service" according to appendix.

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven working days from the date of official publication.

Regulations on the automated information system "Diplomatic Service"

1. General provisions

1. This Provision determines procedure for use of the automated information system "Diplomatic Service" (further - AIS "Diplomatic Service"), and also the rights and obligations of users of this system.

2. For the purposes of this provision the following terms are used:

the user - authorized body, state bodies, the authorized staff of authorized body, the authorized staff of state bodies and executive bodies of local self-government;
