"11. Floor area of educational offices and audiences of the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education (further - OVPO), technical and professional education (further - TIPO), postsecondary education (further - ON), are determined:

1) is at least 2, sq.m on 1 student - for 12 - 15 places;

2) sq.m 2,2 on 1 student - for 16 - 25 places;

3) sq.m 1,8 on 1 student - for 26 - 49 places;

4) sq.m 1,5 on 1 student - for 50 - 75 places;

6) sq.m 1,2 on 1 student - for 100 - 150 places;

"77. The academic load of the learning organizations of education realizing educational programs of TIPO of postsecondary and higher education is established by the state obligatory standards of preschool education and training, initial, main average and general secondary, technical and professional, postsecondary education approved by the order of the Minister of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 3, 2022 No. 348 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 29031) and the state obligatory standards of the higher and postgraduate education approved by the order of the Minister of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 20, 2022 No. 2 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 28916).";

Installation and the need for sanitary devices for handicapped national groups is normalized according to requirements of the state standard rates in the field of architecture, town planning and construction.";

In hostels for the studying TIPO, ON and OVPO Ploshchad at 1 person is provided at least 6 sq.m.";

"100. In hostels for the studying TIPO, PO, OVPO is established 1 souls, 1 washing sink and 1 toilet bowl on 4 - 6 people. The female cabin of personal hygiene is provided at the rate of 1 cabin on 50 people and is equipped with toilet bowl, bidet, shower and washing sink.";

state Item 139 in the following edition:

"139. In case of formation of medical waste which on degree of epidemiological danger belong to potentially dangerous wastes they are neutralized and delete according to the order of the acting minister of health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2020 No. KR DSM-331/2020 "About approval of Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to collection, use, application, neutralization, transportation, storage and waste disposal of production and consumption" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21934).";

2. To provide to committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication, except for the paragraph of the twenty fifth Item 1 of this order which becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
