About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The subitem 1) Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 1, 2011 No. 1427 "About approval of Rules of registration of internal migrants and modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Items 1, 11 and 19 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 1, 2011 No. 1427 "About approval of Rules of registration of internal migrants and modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2012 No. 343 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 1, 2011 No. 1427 "About approval of Rules of registration of internal migrants and modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
