For the purpose of implementation of article 14 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public health care", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the List of works in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic which accomplishment is connected with high risk of disease of infectious diseases and requires obligatory carrying out preventive inoculations, according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About immunoprevention of infectious diseases" of December 21, 2001 No. 800;

2) the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About immunoprevention of infectious diseases" of December 21, 2001 No. 800" of October 26, 2021 No. 231.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to approve the List of obligatory preventive inoculations;

2) to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
