About carrying out the next III National Kurultai

For the purpose of further strengthening of bases of public authority, national consciousness, unity and the consent of the people of the Kyrgyz Republic, consolidation of civil society, sustainable development of the country, according to articles 3, of the 11th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About National Kurultai", Articles 70, I decide 71 Constitutions of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Appoint carrying out the next III National Kurultai (further - National Kurultai) in the city of Bishkek to December 20, 2024.

2. Approve distribution of quotas of 700 (seven hundred) delegates of National Kurultai according to appendix.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic together with Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the adequate measures following from this Decree.

4. To charge the organization of elections of delegates of National Kurultai to organizing committee for carrying out the next III National Kurultai and coordination of work on elections of delegates, the secretariat of National Kurultai, plenipotentiaries of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in areas, local public administrations, local government bodies, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, to the Ministry of Culture, information, sport and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also Assembly of the people of Kyrgyzstan (under approval).
