About approval of the Procedure for representation by producers of goods, importers of goods of the reporting on accomplishment of standard rates of conversion of waste from use of goods
For the purpose of realization of parts 8, of the 13th article 28 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About production wastes and consumption", according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for representation by producers of goods, importers of goods of the reporting on accomplishment of standard rates of conversion of waste from use of goods according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
