About questions of development of quality of education

For the purpose of implementation of article 17 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Rename "National Assessment Center of Quality of Education and Information Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic" organization into Development department of quality of education under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve:

1) Regulations on Development department of quality of education under the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;

2) the Procedure for conducting selective testing and quality evaluation of formal education in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.

3. Determine that:

1) activities of Development department of quality of education under the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic are performed on the principles of self-financing;

2) selective testing and other estimative procedures in the field of education are financed within the means provided in the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.
