Ask the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Union) to provide to the Eurasian economic commission till December 1, 2024 data on the state bodies authorized on carrying out registration of mineral fertilizers and the state bodies authorized on forming and maintaining national parts of the unified register of the mineral fertilizers permitted to market circulation of the Union (further respectively – authorized bodies, the unified register).

3. Provide to authorized bodies:

till July 1, 2026 – creation of infrastructure (including software and hardware), necessary for forming and maintaining national parts of the unified register, with possibility of exchange of information between national parts of the unified register and the official site of the Union electronically;

since July 1, 2026 – forming and maintaining national parts of the unified register, and also submission to the Eurasian economic commission of documents and data of open part of the unified register for publication on the official site of the Union.
