1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for submission of the special declaration" of July 17, 2023 No. 364 the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

- state subitem 1 in the following edition:

"1) the Procedure for filling, assurance of the special declaration on assets and maintaining the register of special declarations on assets according to appendix 1;";

- declare subitem 3 invalid;

Appendices 1, 2 to the above-stated resolution to state 2) in edition according to appendices 1, 2 to this resolution.

2. The customs applicants who certified special declarations before entry into force of this resolution having the right to certify the special declaration according to the procedure and form according to appendices 1, 2 to this resolution.
