About measures for further streamlining of retail trade by alcoholic products

For the purpose of ensuring protection of health of the population of the republic, non-admission of penetration and realization in the consumer market of the substandard, not certified alcoholic products, strengthening of control of unconditional observance by the trading organizations of the established requirements for its retail sale:

1. Establish since May 1, 2007 procedure according to which retail trade by alcoholic products is performed by legal entities only through specialized shops, separate trade floors (sections) equipped with cash registers based on the allowing certificates on the right of implementation of retail trade by alcoholic products granted by the special commissions under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent.

2. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for issue of the allowing certificate on the right of implementation of retail trade by alcoholic products according to appendix No. 1;

Rules of retail trade of alcoholic products according to appendix No. 2.

3. Determine that for violation of the rules of retail trade approved by this resolution alcoholic products on legal entities impose penalty from 200 up to the 300-fold basic settlement size with deprivation of the right of trade in alcoholic products, and guilty workers are made responsible, established by the legislation.
