1. Approve enclosed:

2. To provide to department of state policy in the field of sanitary and phytosanitary measures and food security in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication and No. 2800-IX "About geographical instructions of alcoholic drinks" becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine of December 1, 2022.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
