About approval of requirements to algorithm and criteria of forming of the unique group identifier

According to Item 234.3 of article 234 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve requirements to algorithm and criteria of forming of the unique group identifier which are attached.

2. Determine that during functioning of the software of Electronic system of turnover of alcoholic beverages, the tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes in the test mode the economic operators participating in testing of such software create unique group identifiers according to requirements to algorithm and criteria of forming of the unique group identifier, approved by this resolution, by means of software of Electronic system of turnover of the alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids used in electronic cigarettes, own software solutions of the economic operators and software solutions provided by the Ministry of digital transformation.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 1, which becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
