1. Approve offers of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economics and finance on creation:
Agencies on development of agricultural industry under the Ministry of Agriculture (further - the Agency) based on Agency on rendering services in agricultural industry under the Ministry of Agriculture;
The state trust fund on development and support of agricultural industry for the Agency on development of agricultural industry without the status of the legal entity based on Fund of development of gardening and greenhouse facility and Fund of development of winemaking under the Agency.
2. Approve:
Priority activities of the Agency according to appendix No. 1;
Target indicators of creation of new industrial intensive orchards and vineyards on site the gardens and vineyards recognized unsuitable and economically inefficient in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas in 2024-2025 according to appendix No. 2.
3. Implement since October 1, 2024 in the republic system of creation and financing of new industrial intensive gardens and vineyards according to which:
