1. Approve Regulations on qualification and registration of energy appraisers, inspectors of systems of heating and inspectors of systems of ventilation and air conditioning it (is applied).
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Department of Energy.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
