Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.2. The presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 1812 of August 18, 2022 about application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About National Archive Fund" No. 574-VIQD of June 29, 2022 and "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 168 of July 27, 1999 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About National Archive Fund", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Make the following changes to paragraph two of the Item 8.2 "Forms of the Service Record of the Worker and Rules of Its Creation", the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of December 26, 1996 No. 186 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic (Volume I):
1.1. in the first offer of the word "are stored within 50 years" shall be replaced with words "temporarily remain during the term determined by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic on National Archive Fund";
