No. 68-76, 143), with subsequent changes, item 639 of the Regulations on enforcement of the Customs code approved by the Order of the Government No. 92/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, 193), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 93-96,:

1. Approve Regulations on declaring and customs control of the goods moved through customs border with the travelers making trips according to appendix.

2. To confer responsibility for accomplishment of this order on customs authorities.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of tax and customs control.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
