1. Approve Regulations on procedure of payments of the amount of payment for issue of the town-planning certificate on designing, the information town-planning certificate, the construction license or on demolition it (is applied).
2. To bodies of local public authority when calculating the amount of payment for issue of the town-planning certificate, the construction license or on demolition to apply the this provision regulations, internal procedures and cost of preparation and issue of allowing documents in the field of construction.
3. This resolution becomes effective on January 30, 2025.
