1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. No. 972 "About some questions of motor transportations of passengers" to add the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2008 with Item 3-1 of the following content:
"3-1. Determine that the requirement of part one of Item 22 of Rules of motor transportations of the passengers approved by this resolution regarding need of advanced training at least once in five years according to single programs of advanced training of drivers of motorized vehicles of the corresponding category is not applied till September 15, 2025 to the transport drivers who are carrying out motor transportations of passengers in the irregular message including cars taxi concerning which the automobile carrier submits the application for inclusion in the state information resource "The Register of Motor Transportations of Passengers in the Irregular Message" according to Item 21 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2024 No. 565 "About implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 2024 No. 32".";
