About voluntary insurance of life and additional pension
Based on paragraphs of the sixth and eighth of Article 11 and in pursuance of article 77 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2024 "About insurance activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 344-Z
1. Determine the list of types of economic activity when which implementing the organizations have the right to sign agreements of voluntary insurance of life for benefit of the physical persons working in such organizations for employment contracts according to appendix.
2. Determine that the size of insurance sum on insured person under each agreement of voluntary insurance of life and the agreement of voluntary insurance of additional pension signed by insurer organization for benefit of the physical persons working in such organization for employment contracts cannot exceed the insurance sum calculated proceeding from monthly insurance premium in the amount of three monthly minimum wages for one worker a month.
3. The agreements of voluntary insurance of life signed by the insurers organizations performing the types of economic activity which are not included in the list specified in Item 1 of this resolution for benefit of the workers before entry into force of this resolution are valid before the termination of term of their action on those conditions on which they were imprisoned. Thus after entry into force of this resolution inclusion in the called agreements of voluntary insurance of life of new insured faces is not allowed.
