The state members of the Eurasian Economic Union which are hereinafter referred to as with state members agreed as follows:

Article 1

The inventory and rates to which during the transition period the Kyrgyz Republic applies the rates of import customs duties other than rates of the duties established by the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix 2 to the Protocol on conditions and transitional provisions on application by the Kyrgyz Republic of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, the separate international treaties entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, and acts of bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union in connection with accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 of May 8, 2015) to state in edition according to appendix to the this Protocol.

Article 2

The this Protocol is temporarily applied from signature date and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2020 and becomes effective from the date of receipt by depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notice of accomplishment by state members of the interstate procedures necessary for the introduction of the this Protocol in force.

The this Protocol is applied to state member which legislation does not provide possibility of temporary application of international treaties from the date of accomplishment by such state member of the interstate procedures necessary for the introduction of the this Protocol in force, and extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2020.

It is made in the city of Moscow on April 14, 2020 in one authentic copy in Russian.

The authentic copy of the this Protocol is stored in the Eurasian economic commission which, being depositary of the this Protocol, will send to each state member its verified copy.
