About reorganization of institute of public administration and scientific research on civil protection
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Public service on emergency situations on reorganization of institute of public administration and scientific research on civil protection (code according to EGRPOU 43533709) by accession it to National university of civil protection of Ukraine (code according to EGRPOU 08571363).
Perform reorganization within the budget settings provided for Public service on emergency situations on the answering purpose.
2. Take into consideration that the job seekers of the higher education and other persons studying at Institute of public administration and scientific research on civil protection continue training at National university of civil protection of Ukraine in the specialties and sources of financing chosen by them.
3. Bring in item 4 of the Procedure for carrying out training of administrative board and specialists whose activities are connected with the organization and implementation of actions for questions of civil protection, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 23, 2013 No. 819 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2013, No. 89, Art. 3269; 2018, No. 29, Art. 1043; 2020, No. 14, Art. 568; 2023, No. 23, the Art. 1298), the enclosed changes.
4. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
5. To public service on emergency situations to perform in the procedure for action established by the legislation, connected with reorganization of Institute of public administration and scientific research on civil protection.
