About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning implementation of monitoring of waters
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning implementation of monitoring of waters of change which are applied.
2. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies within six months to perform review and reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 2 of this resolution and Items 1 and 2, of subitems 1, of the 3 and 5 Item 4, of the subitem 1, of paragraphs two - the seventh, twenty first - the twenty third subitem 2 Items 5, of the subitem of 1 Item of 6 changes approved by this resolution which become effective along with the Law of Ukraine of March 20, 2023 No. 2973-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather state monitoring system of the environment, information on state of environment (ecological information) and information ensuring management in the field of the environment".
