1. Conduct from November 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 experiment on realization of possibility of receipt of qualified certificates of keys of verification of digital signatures by citizens of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation (further - experiment).
2. Determine that the experiment is made in the territories of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
3. Agree with the offer of Analytical center joint-stock company on participation of the specified society on a grant basis in carrying out experiment.
4. Determine that for the purpose of carrying out experiment in the foreign states specified in Item 2 of this resolution identification of the interested citizens of the Russian Federation and issue of qualified certificates of keys of verification of digital signatures to them is carried out by accredited certification center - Analytical center joint-stock company in premises of branches (representations) of economic society which founder is the state unitary enterprise authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and being under its authority rendering based on part 6 of article 16 of the Federal law "Consular Charter of the Russian Federation" assistance to consular establishments and consular departments of diplomatic representations of the Russian Federation for the purpose of making of separate consular actions, implementation of separate powers regarding documents acceptance of applicants and also representative offices of Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States, the compatriots living abroad and on the international humanitarian cooperation.
