About modification of the Regulations on the Litsenzii I Razresheniya portal approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 21, 2017 No. 1205

1. In Item 6.3-1 of the Regulations on the Litsenzii I Razresheniya portal approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 21, 2017 No. 1205 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2017, No. 1, Article 52) to add:
"6.3-1. According to the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, information specified in the article 8.1 of the Law on the licenses, their amendments and permissions issued, suspended, recovered or cancelled according to Item 6.1 of this provision goes to the portal of the State Customs Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic in real time".
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.
