Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide:

1. Approve "The regulations on the Litsenzii I Razresheniya portal (are applied).

2. The operator of the Litsenzii I Razresheniya portal (further - the portal) to establish the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic.

3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

3.1. in three-months time:

3.1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with this Decree;

3.1.2. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Decree and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

3.1.3. approve the schedule in which the established deadlines for ensuring implementation by the bodies granting licenses or permissions, licensing or permissions, or its duplicate and amendment, renewal, suspension, recovery or cancellation by means of the portal are specified;

3.1.4. approve the list of the information systems which are subject to integration in the portal, and the schedule in which the established deadlines for integration of the specified information systems into the portal are specified;

3.1.5. approve technical requirements for integration of information systems into the portal;

3.2. check reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Decree and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;

3.3. resolve other issues following from this Decree.

4. To the Ministry of Economics of the Azerbaijan Republic:

4.1. take necessary measures for providing the organization of action, content and effective use of the portal;
