Some questions of realization of Item 9-37 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" Customs code of Ukraine and Item 88-1 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine

According to Item 9-37 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine and Item 88-1 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

the inventory which are exempted from the taxation by import duty and transactions on which import to customs area of Ukraine are exempted from the taxation by the value added tax if such goods are imported on customs area of Ukraine within agreements under which financing is carried out at the expense of the Secretariat of Energy Community;

Procedure for confirmation of the transactions on import to customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of commodity import performed within agreements under which financing is carried out at the expense of the Secretariat of Energy Community.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective during effective period of Item 9-37 of the Section XXI "Final and transitional provisions" of the Customs code of Ukraine and Item 88-1 of subsection 2 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine.
